I am a realtor and I am putting together 2 people to be on a shared lease in a beautiful 2 Bedroom/1 bath apartment. The apartment is very spacious and newly renovated. It features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and Washer/dryer in unit!

*Note: This will be for a April 1st or April 15th move-in

*Steps from Columbia Medical Center and the A/C/1 Train station at 168th Street.

To move in you will need:
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month rent)
-broker fee (1 month rent)

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease and you will need to provide proof of income.

***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 48k- 52k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650!!

***GUARANTORS/Co-Signers WELCOME!! (guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit minimum of 660)

Room breakdown based on size:
1st Room-$1250 (Queen size)
2nd Room-$1300 (Queen size)

***ONE PERSON PER ROOM***

The rent is cheap and the apartment is gorgeous!! If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan than this could be a great fit for you. You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
