Homey hideaway in the Heights! 2 ladies

Hello,

My roommate and I are 2 young ladies in search of a roommate for a large 1 bedroom with 1/2 bath attached. 1 female is a social work student, and the other is a hairstylist in film/ TV and Broadway. (Yes I do give haircuts????)

Located in Washington heights on 181st close to the Hudson river, Columbia hospital, the A train, and family friendly dynamic. Lots of dogs and a plethora of coffee shops, and organic market across the street.

We are seeking a person who will be tidy and pitch in to keeping the apartment clean, by doing your part. Room available is nice and spacious with exposed brick that fits a full size bed, dresser, shelves and any other furniture you may have.

I currently have a 6 drawer dresser and desk w/ hutch in there).

All utilities are included, ( wifi, cable, electric, HBO too!)

Our apt is filled with light, especially in the living room. We also have a large tv and comfy couch. (with a couch shark named Charles, from Ikea, but he doesn't bite)

Our kitchen has a lot of cooking wear for you to use. Along with a Keurig machine for all your caffeine needs. And the main bathroom is a decent size with large shower.

We have made our apartment as homey and welcoming as possible. We are looking for a someone kind, respectful, CLEAN, responsible and friendly. We like our space, but also hang out together too. Whether it be a wine night at home, or going out in the city for drinks and a fun time.
