It? s the perfect place to gather one? s thoughts, have a quiet place to work, read, study, and unwind!

The apartment is also fully furnished, with a large 55? 4K, Ruku enabled television, (complete with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu and Blu-Ray), a very comfortable couch, a large, full kitchen with full cookware, a breakfast nook and table that seats two (and expands to four). Within a few blocks, there is every type of food imaginable including great Korean BBQ, Italian, the best Dominican food outside the D. R., Southwestern, neighborhood pubs, and every type of food under the sun! We're close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Medical School, two blocks from several large supermarkets, laundry, library; near Riverside Park, The Cloisters, and the historic Morris-Jumel mansion (Manhattans oldest home), which served as George Washington's headquarters through most of the revolutionary war and where Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote much of Hamilton. The mansion sits on a large plot of land with beautiful gardens, lawns, and quiet spaces. Were also a block and a half from Sylvan Terrace, voted the quaintest street in New York City.
