This is a large, furnished, private room of a 4-bedroom apartment sharing a bathroom and kitchen. You have a queen size bed to sleep on and clean linens in your own private room or shared room separate bed..

This a well maintained apartment that we have spent time making it as comfortable as possible. The apartment also features hardwood floors, TV ( basic cable), microwave, a refrigerator as well as other appliances at the Kitchen to cook. The apartment is kept clean, high speed wireless internet (Wifi), heat ( common from the building-inside all the apartments), bed sheets are included. Non Smoking apartment..

Location:
The apartment is located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. It's 10 minute walking to Columbia Med. University, so you are in a good area.
There are 2 different subways.. 5 min from subway A and 1.. Close to supermarkets, stores, gym, restaurants, etc..12-15 min from Times Square.. 10 min from City College and Columbia University..
Great restaurants at St. Nicholas and Broadway and all transportation are easily accessible (good prices).
This neighborhood is predominantly Columbia Medical University and workers, and has a great night life. The neighborhood is full of good foods, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post office, shops, gym, etc. A beautiful park is only 4 blocks away..

You'll share the apartment, all laid back. Long and short terms are allowed. Check availability before, cause the apartment has more rooms or bed. .

Please be a tourist, go outside to now New York City, this is not available for a place to crash and hang out all during the day.
All Holidays, like Christmas and New Years Eve are very loud, cause of the Season - Remember - This is not a quiet city.
If you have an earlier arrival ( before 12 pm ) or late arrival at the apartment ( not after 10 pm )- PLS INFORM BEFORE.. Also, before booking inform how many adults (+18 years) are coming ( no children, no pets, no pregnancy, no disability or special needs ).
