Large Single Room in Historic Townhouse

Welcome to our town house in the Jumel Terrace Historic District in upper Manhattan. We are on a quiet and carless cobble-stoned cul de sac yet just a few steps from the subway and market and stores, and only 20 minutes to midtown. Next door to our house is the Morris Jumel Mansion with a beautiful gated park.
There are four rooms in the house with two shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen/living room. There is also a washer/dryer.
All roommates are mature working people and are very quiet and very clean. We do not allow outside overnight guests so the maximum is 4 people sharing the two bathrooms.
The available room is a larger room with a double bed. The room is on the upstairs floor and is bright and sunny with two large windows with a view overlooking the rear gardens.
The owners have a separate ground floor apartment; the available room is on the 3rd floor in the upper apartment.

We welcome someone who respects our home and their roommates, and therefore we do not allow any overnight visitors. We also ask that all roommates keep the common areas (bathroom and kitchen) clean at all times. The atmosphere is very quiet and respectful - no loud music or parties. Also, no smoking of any kind.
