Hello!

We have one bedroom available for rent starting as soon as September 1 in Harlem/Washington Heights. The bedroom fits a queen size bed, desk, and a dresser/rolling rack comfortably.

There are two roommates aged 27 & 28 working in nonprofit and publishing industries. They are looking for a 25 - 30 year old woman who is respectful & clean.

The apartment is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen (including a dishwasher!) and living room. Ideally, the person moving in will have minimal furniture/appliances to bring.

The building has an elevator and laundry in the basement. It is located <1 block away from the 155th A/C, 7min walk to 145th A/C/B/D lines, and steps away from the M3 bus. This is a special apartment that I have called home for 6 years and I’m sad to leave it, but I am moving to my own place! Please reach out with any questions or inquiries!
