Hey everyone! One roommate is moving out, and we’re looking for one person to join us in renewing a 3 bed / 2 bath lease starting September 1st, with the option to move in as early as August 1st.

About the Apartment:
Spacious true 3BR/2BA on the 7th floor of an elevator building right across from Central Park.

Great subway access:
• 2–3 min walk to the B/C
• 11 min walk to the 1
• <10 min walk to the 2

$1,826/month
• Fits a full or queen bed, dresser, and desk (optional full-size bed frame available for purchase)
• Large closet
• Shares a bathroom with Ann
• AC window unit potentially available for purchase

About Us:
Kailey: I’m a 31-year-old speech pathologist turned medical device sales rep. I’ll be traveling often during the week for work, but otherwise will be working remotely. I’m pretty social, very clean and organized, and enjoy a mix of fun and downtime. I love exploring the city, sailing, pottery, thrifting, workout classes, trying new restaurants, and catching up with friends over a drink or two.

I also have a sweet little cat named Boo. She’s shy at first but becomes very cuddly once she warms up. Her litter boxes are kept in my private bathroom and bedroom. No other pets, please.

Ann: I’m 32 years old and currently attending law school. I’m generally at school during the work week, but do work/study from home fairly regularly as well. I’m an organized, friendly, and considerate roommate who equally enjoys a night out to an evening in. When not working/studying I love seeing friends, pottery, coffee, and catching up on reality tv.

Looking for a Roommate Who ls:
• Respectful and friendly
• Someone who is proactive about keeping shared spaces very clean and naturally takes care of their share of household responsibilities without needing reminders (kitchen: wiping down counters/stove, cleaning up cooking messes, doing dishes before bed, unloading the dishwasher, taking out the garbage, etc.; shared bathroom: cleaning hair out of the drain, wiping down the sink, etc.).
• Communicative (e. g., give a heads-up before inviting people over)
• Non-smoking
• Open to making new friends and exploring the city
• Okay with guests from time to time—but no subleasing, please
• Excited about living with a cat!
