Roommate Need for Apt w Beautiful River Views

Sunny bedroom available/roommate needed in my gorgeous Manhattan top-floor apartment with amazing river views!

When:
June 1, signing on to the lease for at least one year with option to renew.

The Apartment:
A beautiful, expansively huge 4-bed, 4-bath apartment with awesome people. Top floor, corner apartment of an elevator building on Riverside Drive with stunning views across the Hudson and the George Washington Bridge. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit. There's also a laundry room in the basement. On-site super is very responsive. The apartment has a huge common room with smart TV, sectional couch, tons of books, dining table that seats six, and large fully stocked kitchen. We have every kitchen tool you might need – coffee maker, Nespresso machine, Keurig, milk frother, tea kettle, air fryer, toaster, and more, plus all the pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Hardwood floors, big windows, lots of light.

-Huge bathroom with double sinks, shared with one woman. (Two roommates have private bathrooms.)
-Cost: $1402 per month plus utilities

Who:
We are professional women in our early 30s working in education, marketing, and STEM. We are extremely clean, friendly, and active and rarely home at the same time, but we enjoy sharing a drink and catching up while cooking dinner (one roommate is vegetarian) or watching shows together. Looking for equally active, communicative, clean, and responsible roommates. This location is ideal for medical professionals due to nearby NYP Hospital.

You:
-Woman similar in age to us (between 28-36ish)
-Would describe yourself as neat and clean.
-Non-smoking only. No cats or dogs please.
-Must provide evidence of gainful employment – you will need to be approved by the management company.

Where:
Riverside Drive in Washington Heights. Located on the sixth floor of a clean, quiet, secure elevator building. Walk 10 minutes from the door to the lovely green park along the riverbank, with playgrounds, running/cycling paths, picnic areas. Great for people-watching, sunset-viewing, grilling.

Transportation:
Walk to everything within a few blocks - grocery store, Planet Fitness, coffee shops, and restaurants along Broadway. 10-minute walk to the A at 168th street, 8-minute walk to 157th street 1 train or C at 163rd street. Close to NY Presbyterian Hospital - perfect for medical residents.
