Affordable Sublet for July in Manhattan

Hello! I’m looking for someone to sublease my room for the month of July(flexible move out date). The room is spacious, fully furnished with plenty of closet and storage space, with a AC unit and tv in the room! The apartment is fully furnished with laundry in building and all utilities except electric are included! It’s a 6-8 minute walk from the express A train and 1 train. My roommate is really dope, straight but lgbt and smoke friendly as well! Don’t wanna pay to be to be verified lol, but more than willing to hop on a call to speak face to face! P. S. my roommate will be moving in with his girlfriend and his room will be available from Sep 1st. If I find a new spot, I'm gonna leave this one, but if someone comes along who's interested in his room, let's discuss staying here or moving somewhere else all together if we can find a better deal!
