Hi there!

We’re looking for a roommate to fill a room that’s available immediately.

We’re a pet-friendly household! I have a small dog (Willow), and my roommate has a dog (May) and a cat (Stormy), so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.

The apartment is conveniently located with a bodega across the street, grocery store around the corner, laundromat at the end of the block, and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, including Target, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Burger King, and McDonald’s. Easy access to the 1 train and the A train.

Rent & Costs

* Rent: $1,008.33/month
* Internet: ~$23/month
* Move-in cost: Approximately $2,208 (includes required guarantor insurance policy; final amount to be confirmed)
* Building approval required. Applicants should earn 40x the monthly rent, or 80x with a guarantor.

The Room
Cozy bedroom with a window, small closet, and good natural light. A full-size loft bed frame is included if you’d like to use it, or we can remove it before move-in.
