Upper East Side Room for Rent!

Hello!

I am moving out & I’m looking for a new roommate for my lovely friends in our Upper-East Side apartment! It’s $1,257.99 a month, with an in-washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you would have your own until one of the original tenants returns in january), kitchen, living area, and private rooftop. Your particular room has a big closet, two big windows, and fire escape access :)

We’re located 1 block away from a grocery store, and the Q & 6 train are a five minute walk away.

There are two people already occupying the space, and they would prefer someone who is clean and quiet with no pets. My roommates are women in creative fields in their mid-twenties/early 30s.

I’m looking for someone to move in by June 25-30th. I am moving out a month early, so I need someone who can sublet for the month of July and then sign the next lease in August. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
