Separate Entrance - Private Bed/Bath

Looking for a roommate for a private bedroom with a private full bathroom and private entrance. The room currently has a full-size bed, but is large enough to fill a queen-size bed.

**There is no access to kitchen, though there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The room is currently furnished with a full-size bed, two nightstands, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and TV.

You can change the furniture, just let me know what items you don't want. There is a large closet in the bedroom and a closet in the foyer.

Our toddler has a room on the second floor so you may hear her playing every now and then.

Your area is completely private, so we won't see each other often.

The laundromat is two doors down from the building, less than a 1 minute walk door-to-door.

The A train on Dyckman St or 191st St is a 7 minute walk. The 1 train on Dyckman is a 5 minute walk. Grocery store across the street and a 24 hour grocery store is a 10 minute walk away. Target is 4 stops away. Whole Foods is 30 min train ride away or 12 min takmxi ride.

Looking for someone who is respectful of noise levels and won't have many guests coming and going.

Asking for 1 month rent and 1 month security. Open to weekly rent of $225 (we can discuss).
