Looking for a clean and respectful roommate to rent out the second bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment. The room is 10 by 16, huge space! I have a queen mattress, but it could easily fit a king and it has good closet space too! The apartment is pretty quiet, no loud neighbors...I'm a very light sleeper and I've had no issues with noise at night. The bedroom is private, the bathroom, kitchen, and living space are shared between the two Residents. The room is $950 a month, THIS INCLUDES ALL THE UTILITIES AND THE WIFI!
The apartment was completely updated 2 years ago, I was the first one to move in. It is a clean and safe building. I love the neighborhood, lots to do and EASY access to public transportation (Dyckman stop for the A and 1 trains within 2 blocks as well as numerous busses).
Move in is October 1st, but that is flexible if you need to move in a sooner or A little later. This is a year lease, option to renew if you want.
