The Apollo Manhattan House consists of a single unit on the second floor of a beautiful Manhattan brownstone walkup, with only four units in the entire building. The house is one of our smallest in terms of members, with only three bedrooms, all of which are private. This gives the house a personal, community vibe, which is perfect for those who are new to the city. The unit has ample space compared with your average New York City apartment, all of which is recently renovated throughout.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are three bedrooms to choose from in the Apollo Manhattan House, all leading off the communal living room. Each bedroom features large windows overlooking the neighborhood as well as plenty of storage space.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There is one bathroom in the Apollo Manhattan House for only three bedrooms, so you?ll never have to wait. The bathroom is regularly serviced by our in-house cleaning service.

This coliving space is located in the vibrant Harlem neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, bars and live music venues. The house is just seconds away from Lower Lenox, known as Restaurant Row for the abundance of food and drink options available, and is in easy reach of the famous Apollo Theater and Central Park.

The Apollo Manhattan House is only a 2-minute walk to the 2/3 trains at 125th Street Station and an 14-minute walk to the A/C and B/D trains at 125th & St Nicholas Ave., plus multiple bus lines serve the neighborhood. The house is just 19 minutes to Times Square, 27 minutes to Rockefeller Center and 31 minutes to Wall Street. The City College of New York is just a 22-minute walk and Columbia University is just 23 minutes? walking distance.
