Room/Apartment: The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Washington Heights. The 2 bedroom apartment is pretty spacious with kitchen, living room, and bedrooms separated from each other. The room is big with exposed brick wall. Closet available with AC unit ready for use if needed. Laundry also available downstairs in the basement.
My current roommate of 2 years is wrapping up grad school at the end of this month and will be moving back home to Philadelphia after graduation. I am looking for someone to move in after June 1st.

Neighborhood: The apartment is less than 5 blocks away from the 1 and A train. You are about a 20-25min commute to Midtown Manhattan. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful with tons of restaurants, bars, lounges, parks and stores nearby.

Me: I am a young professional who works in the Education field. I work in a charter school in Harlem, so I am mostly at work during the weekdays. I like to chill and relax on the weekends. I am very laid back and gets along well with others.
