$850 small room for rent Upper East side NO DEPOST

I'm looking to rent my room for a month to month situation. Most likely 6months. But can make arrangements for the right fit. I'm looking for someone ASAP.
I live in a one bedroom apt and am renting out the room for rent. I have divided the living room for my use. YOU would have the bedroom to YOURSELF and I would have the living room to MYSELF. we would share the the kitchen and bathroom. I'm quiet and respectful and i'm looking for someone who goes to work/school who just wants to live in a very nice and convinent location of manhattan.

NEAR 96 AND LEX. GREAT AREA central park, 6 train, shops, etc

the bedroom comes with a futon bed which opens up into a full size bed. full length closet that can hold two suitcases, and wireless internet. The room isn't big but very comfortable. It's just enough for you to have privacy. Unfortunately because the apartment is too small for you to bring in overnight guest. I'm older and quiet and to myself and just want someone respectful.

We will share just bathroom and kitchen.
The top two rows will be yours in the fridge.
I don't use the oven/stove but have a electric burner and toaster if you want to use it.
The room includes full size futon bed new mattress.
Full closet can hold at least two suitcases.
Wireless Verizon FiOs high speed internet. (included)
