Private Room on UWS with W/D in Building

Hi y'all! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join our beautiful UWS apartment (flexible, ideally within November). The apartment has an elevator, laundry in building, a large living room that we are currently furnishing, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Literally steps from Central Park, we are also close to the B, C,1,2,3 train lines as well as many cafes, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores including Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and HMart. The room is on the smaller side (will fit a twin XL bed) with an exposed brick wall and has solid closet space and gets good sunlight (north facing window).

Me and Brain both are in our mid-20s and work in the city. Ideally looking for someone roughly our age, clean and respectful, no shoes and smoking inside the unit and doesn't bring the party home. Prefer someone who doesn't cook a lot and doesn't work fully remotely but not a deal breaker.
