Bedroom in 2 bedroom UWS apartment

Hi! I own a two-bedroom coop on the first floor of a pre-war six story building in between Broadway and West End Ave on 104th St. It is a fantastic neighborhood- not too busy, nearby both Central Park and Riverside Park. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity, plus a whole lot more if you walk just a blocks to the Columbia University area.
The apartment is a “railroad unit” with a long hallway leading to the room I am looking for rent. The bedroom is currently painted a maroon color, and there is ample storage in a large closet as well on Wooden shelves and a cabinet on one of the walls.
You would be free to use the kitchen and living room space as needed. The bathroom is near the back of the apartment and my bedroom is in the rear. It is on the first floor so there are only a few stairs involved, but there is an elevator as well.
I am a pianist- I currently am working on a doctorate degree at Manhattan school of music, where I am also teaching. I do use the piano during the day, but I often am not home in the afternoons because of my teaching schedule, and in the evenings I tend to practice at the school. I also have a digital keyboard that I use with headphones at night, as I tend to be a night owl.
