We’re looking for a roommate for a bedroom in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the Upper West Side / Lincoln Square area!

The apartment takes up an entire floor of a beautiful 19th-century brownstone, with a large living space. The available bedroom faces northeast and has its own private balcony overlooking the front of the house.

Kitchen is well equipped with electric stove, oven, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are available in the building.

The landlord requires the following for the application:

-W-2s
-Two recent pay stubs
-Photo ID
-$300 application fee
-$25 credit check fee
-First month’s rent + one month’s rent as a security deposit

We’re two gay male professionals working in the city. We’re both non-smokers, don’t have pets, and like keeping our home comfortable, clean, and respectful for everyone.

Please note that we cannot accept tenants with pets.
