Lease takeover for a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on UWS 100th St starting as soon as possible!

- 5 min walk to C subway, 10 min walk to 1/2/3 lines, convenient commute downtown.

🏠Amenities:
- 11th floor apartment with in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, living room, full kitchen; ample storage space.
- Floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent sunlight; apartment also has basement gym and doorman.
- WiFi: built-in with building, $40/month;
- Electricity: $50-70/month depending on the season.
- Pets allowed, need to contact leasing office.

📝Takeover details:
- Dates: immediately to September 3rd, 2027.
- Rent is $5613; first month’s rent plus security deposit due to landlord upon signing the lease agreement.
- Would prefer you to buy my bed (frame + mattress), desk, two chairs, one table, and kitchen appliances (can negotiate).
If interested, you will need to submit a $20 application, relevant documents (proof of income, employment status, credit history etc) to the leasing office. Upon approval, you will replace me as the lease holder.

The apartment is a great option if you’re hoping to move in alone, with a friend, or significant other. If you’re just moving in alone, it’s also possible to find a roommate for the living room to split the rent and make things cheaper.
