A cozy, private, mostly unfurnished bedroom with 2 large closets in an unusually quiet flat in a very nice building. Fully-equipped kitchen. Biweekly housekeeping included (they won't clean your private room if that is your preference, but this is non negotiable). Everything is close by such as: Beacon Theatre, Fairway, Citarella, Trader Joe’s and express/local trains at W 72nd Street. Many bus routes available as well.
I’m self-employed and work from home. I’m out of town a lot and need your help taking care of the place.
This is a smoke-free, drug-free apartment. Sadly, no resident pets. A friend's dog may visit on rare occasions.
Looking for a like-minded liberal person, but no heavy partiers, no Tinder/Grindr enthusiasts and absolutely no MAGA. Common areas are always neat and clean. I am a native NYer. I consider myself friendly, but recognize that I'm a little bit of an introvert.
Monthly Fee includes the following:
-Rent
-House-cleaner every other week (non-negotiable).
-Wifi (FIOS).
-All household cleaning supplies, paper products (toilet paper & paper towels) and even ziplock baggies. What!?!?!?!
What’s not included:
Gas/electric (this will be additional per month.)
