Sunday afternoon through Friday afternoon

I got a job in Boston so need to be there for the work week but would like to have my place available still on the weekends. I'm open to discussing what exact days/times would work for both people.

ARE YOU A METICULOUSLY CLEAN, thoughtful, respectful, human? When you play music do you think about the volume level and your neighbors? When you check out of a hotel, are you the kind of person that tidies up a little so the cleaning staff don't have to deal with a disaster? Are you the kind of house guest that makes the bed before you leave and asks your host if you can throw the towels in the washer before you go? If so, great! You're probably a great fit.

My apartment is my home and my haven. I have a great relationship with my neighbors and management. I am not interested in anyone who might compromise that so I figure it's best to be really clear about my expectations up front.

If you are looking for a great place to come home to, watch some tv, read, do some work, sleep and have a bite for the work week, then this is your spot. I'll likely be coming home 2-3 weekends a month and do not want to come home to any surprises. Things happen. I get that. We're all human. But I'm looking for someone who will be an adult and communicate if a glass broke or if something was spilled on the sofa and takes responsibility. I've never had rodents or bugs because dishes are always cleaned and food isn't left out. The same is expected of whoever takes this opportunity. If cleaning isn't your thing, happy to work out an arrangement with my cleaning lady to come.
