UWS room available for $1550

Need 1 person for a 4B2B Sep 1st lease renewal in UWS (4th roommate dropped last minute as he found out he'll be traveling for work for the next 6 months - lol...)

Location: Columbus Ave and 108th (super safe, quiet, green area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby)

Rent: $1550 (hot water included) and utilities + wifi ~ $100 additional

Apt layout: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a one floor walk up (no in-unit laundry but multiple laundromats within 2 min walk including one literally downstairs)

Room: decently sized and comes furnished

You need a guarantor who earns 40x rent

The other roommates include: myself (Princeton '25 grad now in consulting) and two Columbia grad students: we all typically keep to ourselves / are barely in the apt (either traveling for work or at the library)

There is a security deposit equal to one month's rent and a $540 lease renewal fee that we will split between us four (I know it's silly but that's NYC housing)
