* Includes a small hallway closet for your exclusive use

* Shared kitchen and bathroom

* Quiet, well-maintained building with friendly neighbors

The Neighborhood

* 5-minute walk to Riverside Park
* 10-minute walk to Central Park
* Close to the 1 train, multiple bus lines, Columbia University, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and everything the Upper West Side has to offer

Monthly Costs

* Rent: $1,397.50
* Flat Household Fee: $35/month (includes high-speed internet and shared household essentials such as paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning supplies)
* Con Edison: Split evenly each month. The bill varies by season but typically averages $40–$80 per person per month.

The flat household fee keeps shared expenses simple, while Con Edison is divided equally based on the monthly bill.

I’m in my late 30s and have loved living on the Upper West Side. I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, exploring the neighborhood, and spending time in Riverside and Central Park. I’m friendly, easy to live with, and appreciate a home that’s clean, respectful, and comfortable.
