Available August 15th! I'm moving out of my room on the Upper West Side, so looking for someone to sublet the room with option of renewing the lease on 10/01. My roommates would prefer a female/AFAB roommate who doesn't smoke! Cats or small dogs are allowed. There won't be any additional pets living there once me and my cat leave.

I've lived here for three years and it's a really great place! It's a 3 minutes walk from the B/C at 72nd Street, and about 5 minutes to the 1/2/3 at 72nd Street. Both the roommates are very friendly, respectful professionals. The environment of the apartment is very communal and my roommates would like someone they can be friends with rather than just coexisting.
