The apartment is located on 81st between Columbus and Amsterdam- close to both Central Park and Riverside park. It is near tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, and we have the best neighbors. The unit is a 4th floor walk up and the available bedroom is north-facing, overlooking a court yard. It is a quiet room that gets a lot of natural light. The current setup shows a full bed in the room. Floor plan is also attached.

I am 34 and work as an editor. I work from home most days but have a coworking space I go to onceish a week. I love to go out on weekends and do happy hours with friends, but also love a good night in with some trash tv. I cook most nights.

I am looking for someone in their 30s who is respectful and cleans up after themselves. I have become friends with all my past roommates, so I’d love someone who is down to hang, but that’s not a dealbreaker. This is a pet-friendly building but I have allergies, so I can only have non-shedding dogs around.
