There is one room available for sublease in our 3 bedroom apartment! All ladies looking for a female roommate only! One roommate is often out of town and the second roommate is working full-time, so she is usually only home after 6pm!

The bedroom is $1600/month with a closet.

Great location for price!! Building has an elevator, laundry in basement, face recognition door entry system, small gym, and security. Literally a block from the Lincoln center, off that stop on the 1-line. Close to the water and riverside park. We are sandwiched between Trader Joe’s, Morton Williams, and Whole Foods as well as many others. Citibikes station right around the corner too!
