UWS Lease Takeover, Primary Bedroom 2 bed/2 bath

Hi, Everyone!

My roommate is moving out mid/end of July and I’m looking for someone to take over her part of our lease!

A little bit about the apartment:

Location: Upper West Side (in the 90s on Riverside Drive)

Rent: $2800/month + utilities (WiFi and electric, usually comes to ~$75 each in the fall and winter and ~$130ish each over the summer)

- Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two closets (can easily fit a full/queen size bed, dresser, and desk).
- Dishwasher
- Elevator building
- Laundry in building ($2.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry)
- Live-in super (incredibly nice and helpful)
- Part time door person (Tuesday-Sunday, 5:30-9:30pm)
- 5 minute walk to express 123 subway stop, 15 minute walk to B/C
- 2 minute walk to Riverside Park, 15 minute walk to Central Park

Kitchen and living room are pretty much fully furnished, but your bedroom would be unfurnished!

A little bit about me:

I’m a full-time kindergarten teacher (25) so I work in-person every day and am out of the apartment pretty early in the morning.

I love theater, baking, reading, and unwinding from work by watching TV. Cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect are really important to me—I’m very friendly (its the Kinder teacher in me) and I’d love to be friends with my roommate but I’m also happy to respect your space!

No smoking and ideally no pets (I’m allergic to cats).
