Cozy Room in Upper West Side 4BR/1BA Apartment

We’re looking for a 4th roommate to join our cozy apartment on the Upper West Side — walking distance to Columbia University and just a few minutes from both the 1/2/3 lines and the A/B/C/D lines. It’s a perfect spot for students or young professionals who want to be close to campus, great food, and easy train access to the rest of the city.

About the Room:
The bedroom show in the photos is the bedroom for rent! It’s a small bedroom for an amazing price at $999/month for the location. The room fits a bed and a small desk comfortably, and you’ll be sharing a 3-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment with three easygoing roommates. The room can come furnished with a bed or we can move it if you have your own furniture! Move-in is June 1, and we’ll need someone to sign onto the lease by April 20.

About the Apartment:
Our apartment is clean, quiet, and welcoming. We have in-unit washer and dryer (a rare find), as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom! We’re on a peaceful block but close to everything you’d need — grocery stores, coffee shops, and Riverside and Central Park are just a short walk away 🌳.

About Us:
You’d be living with two Columbia master’s students from Thailand (Pang and Beam) and me (Megan)— I'm Canadian and just graduated from Columbia and work full-time in Midtown Manhattan. We’re all quiet but social roommates who love cooking, chatting in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors. We keep things tidy and really value a calm, friendly home environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
Someone responsible, friendly, and considerate, ideally another student or young professional who appreciates a peaceful home after a busy day. We’d love a roommate who enjoys casual conversation but also values alone time.

Rent: $999/month (plus utilities shared equally (usually $50-60 per month)
Move-In Date: June 1
Lease term: 1 year (option to renew lease after!)
Lease Signing Deadline: April 20
