Big Upper west side Room

The apartment is located at 910 Columbus Avenue. It is a 3 bedroom apartment and our current 3rd roommate is moving out to leave the city. There is also one shared bathroom and a good sized living room and kitchen!
The room we are renting out is the biggest in the apartment.

We would need someone to sign on for a year lease because of our current roommate leaving. In addition to rent, there is electric and Gas utilities as well as wifi.

We do have one cat who is literally the easiest. She is nice to everyone and very peaceful.

My name is Caden, I am a 20 year old college student at the City College of New York. I am majoring in English and Journalism and have lived in the city for almost 2 years. I also work as a server at a Midtown Restaurant. I keep common areas clean, I’m easy going, and ultimately want a friend as my roommate! I am into sports, all art forms to an obsessive degree, good food, and importantly, a good pint.
