Room has a big closet and its own AC unit for heating/ventilation. Washer&Dryer in Unit.
Perfect location to enjoy Central Park, it's only 2 blocks away, and several options for a fast commute with the red lines, 1-2-3 or the orange B or blue C line - all in 5min walking distance!
Rent is 2000/month, all incl, except for electricity.
Preferably 2-3months min. and after that monthly extendable.
We are looking for a fun, clean, non-smoking, social but independent person who can enjoy living together with international roommates as well enjoy some me-time.
We are all busy bees end twenties/beginning 30 something peeps living together; and we are all open for anyone who might want to become our 4th roommate. As long as we are having a drama-free, drug-free and chill & fun vibe living together.
We are all having our own schedule and enjoy a run in the park, go to yoga or pilates after work or having drinks or enjoy dinner with the roommates together from time to time, so we are looking for someone who's also out and about!
We all go to the office or Colombia University, so preferably having roommates who are going also min. 4 times a week out - pref. no homeworking.
Apt is not too big, but fully furnished and very clean and cosy.
Preferably no animals, even though we're big dog fans, just not easy in the apt.
