I’m looking for someone to rent out or take over my furnished room in a lovely shared apartment on the Upper West Side, as I’ll be relocating abroad for work.

Upper West Side – 106th St & Amsterdam Ave, steps from Columbia University
Great subway access (1,2,3, A, B, C), grocery stores, cafés, and parks nearby.

Shared with 2 roommates (1 guy, 1 girl)
Shared bathroom, kitchen & living room
Bright, spacious room with great natural light
Laundromat across the street (no in-unit washer/dryer)

If lease take over fee: $150 (paid to landlord)

Start date: March 1st
Lease runs until end of June
Option to extend after June
