We have a room opening up in our rent-stabilized 3BR/2BA apartment on the Upper West Side, about a 3-minute walk from the 96th St 1-2-3 and A-B-C trains. The apartment is ~1,100 sq ft, with laundry in the building, and close to Riverside Park, Central Park, grocery stores, gyms, and libraries.

The available room is approximately 12' x 12'6", with two large windows and two large closets. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. Move-in March 1st is ideal, with some flexibility.

About You:
You are chill, responsible, and clean up after yourself. You don’t need to be a social butterfly, but we’d love someone who’s down to hang every now and then, maybe watch trash TV and eat unhealthy food. Just be kind, communicate well, and pay your rent on time. Simple stuff.  

About Us: 
We are two college friends who have been living together for several years now. We like to go out occasionally on the weekends but are mostly quiet during the week. I code, play guitar, and do improv, he plays with the cat and likes to cook. Both of us are pretty cool.
