🌿 Private Studio in Duplex Apartment – Upper West
This is a beautiful private studio located on the lower level of a duplex apartment in one of the most exclusive and desirable areas of Manhattan — just two blocks from Central Park.
You’ll be staying downstairs, while I live and sleep upstairs. The space is private, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for long or mid-term stays.
The studio includes:
• Queen-size memory foam bed (very comfortable)
• Private half bathroom (toilet & sink)
• Desk and chair
• Wardrobe + hanging rack
• Small dining table
• 32” TV
• Iron & small ironing board
• Towels rack
• Plenty of storage
🚿 Bathroom setup:
The shower is located in another area of the apartment and is shared with me. Cleanliness and organization are very important to me, and I keep all shared spaces spotless.
🍽 Kitchen setup:
There is no full kitchen inside the studio, but you’ll have:
• Microwave
• Toaster oven
• Coffee machine
• Electric kettle
• Small refrigerator
• Plates, glasses, silverware, and basic utensils
You’ll also have limited access to the main kitchen for occasional full meal prep.
🚪 Shared Areas
• Main entrance
• Shower only
I’m flexible and open to discussing shared use of certain spaces when I’m away, always based on mutual respect, cleanliness, and clear communication.
🚆 Transportation
This location is extremely convenient and well connected:
• 2 blocks from the 1, 2, 3 subway lines
• 1 (local)
• 2 & 3 (express – one of the most efficient lines in NYC)
• Bus lines nearby: M7 & M11 (right on Columbus & Amsterdam)
• M104 on Broadway (1.5 blocks away)
• 4 blocks from the crosstown bus
Getting anywhere in the city is fast and easy.
📍 The Neighborhood
The apartment is located on a quiet street, while still being right between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, full of excellent restaurants, cafés, and bars.
Nearby highlights:
• Trader Joe’s right on the corner
• Whole Foods four blocks away
• Pharmacies and markets close by
• Equinox gym one block away
• Lincoln Center
• American Museum of Natural History
• Thalia Theater
• Times Square just minutes away
Living here means experiencing the heart of Manhattan in a calm, clean, and comfortable environment.
🤝 About Living Together
I enjoy socializing with my guests, but I’m also very respectful of personal space. Because of my work schedule, I’m often away or home only one or two days at a time between flights — so you’ll frequently have the place to yourself.
