🌿 Private Studio in Duplex Apartment – Upper West

This is a beautiful private studio located on the lower level of a duplex apartment in one of the most exclusive and desirable areas of Manhattan — just two blocks from Central Park.

You’ll be staying downstairs, while I live and sleep upstairs. The space is private, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for long or mid-term stays.

The studio includes:
• Queen-size memory foam bed (very comfortable)
• Private half bathroom (toilet & sink)
• Desk and chair
• Wardrobe + hanging rack
• Small dining table
• 32” TV
• Iron & small ironing board
• Towels rack
• Plenty of storage

🚿 Bathroom setup:
The shower is located in another area of the apartment and is shared with me. Cleanliness and organization are very important to me, and I keep all shared spaces spotless.

🍽 Kitchen setup:
There is no full kitchen inside the studio, but you’ll have:
• Microwave
• Toaster oven
• Coffee machine
• Electric kettle
• Small refrigerator
• Plates, glasses, silverware, and basic utensils

You’ll also have limited access to the main kitchen for occasional full meal prep.

I’m flexible and open to discussing shared use of certain spaces when I’m away, always based on mutual respect, cleanliness, and clear communication.

I enjoy socializing with my guests, but I’m also very respectful of personal space. Because of my work schedule, I’m often away or home only one or two days at a time between flights — so you’ll frequently have the place to yourself.
