Sunny Furnished Bedroom in a 2BR UWS Apt

[Seeking subletter/roommate to fill 1 fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bed / 1.5 bath UWS apartment for a flexible/negotiable length of time, ideally 3+ months - $2400 / month, starting on Feb 1st 2026]

Hello! My name is Abhi, and I am looking to find a new roommate for one of the two bedrooms within my 2 bed, 1/5 bath UWS apartment starting Feb 1st 2026, for $2400/month plus split utilities. The length of the sublet term is negotiable, but ideally the sublet would be for at least 3 months.
The bedroom being sublet comes furnished, including a full sized bed with frame, large 4K smart TV, two desks and two office chairs, two matching cube storage units, a floor lamp/side table, and wall mounted shelving. It has two sunny windows overlooking the beautiful church architecture across the street, and has easily maneuvered blackout shades installed. There is also a large closet with lots of shelving on all sides and hanging space within. The main bathroom is a "Jack and Jill" bath, and has a door connecting it to each bedroom on opposite sides, so you just lock the opposite bedroom door from the inside.

The apartment is on the UWS of Manhattan, close to the Lincoln Center area, in a lovely pet friendly building in the middle of a quiet block. The building has a genuinely excellent and helpful super, and a basement space for safe package delivery and a multi-machine laundry room. The building is half a block from the 1/2/3 trains and 1.5 blocks from the B/C trains and Central Park right by the Strawberry Fields area. One bedroom is occupied by the current tenants and their cute and ridiculous looking service dogs, Ripley.

The galley style kitchen is wide, has ample storage, and has a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked, including dishware, cooking tools, appliances (air fryer, blender, rice cooker), etc., has a bar table by the window with seating, and shelves that contain an enormous variety of teas (a special interest of mine) that are available to enjoy, as well as an automatic cappuccino machine. The half bath is at the end of the kitchen.
The living room is also fully furnished, with a dining table and seating, a home theater with surround sound, record player, books, video games of all kinds, etc. that you could utilize as well! There is also a large, shared storage closet in the common area.
