Looking for a long term subletter for the master bedroom in my huge two bedroom right on Central Park West! Bedroom windows face Central Park!

Very convenient to subway, restaurants, shopping. LGBTQ/BIPOC friendly building in a great neighborhood! Bedroom windows face the park. Very light filled. We have an upright piano, hardwood floors, big open living room, dining room and kitchen. Apt is 1200 sq ft. Private bathroom with shower connected to room. Use of other bathroom with tub as well. Funky decor (we have a furry chair and a Pirate named Steve). Outdoor pictures shown are the views from the bedroom and living room windows. Sheets/towels/kitchen items all included, ready to move in.. Utilities included. The bedroom is very light, and has plenty of space/storage. No smoking/pets/parties please. Would love to start off with a minimum of 3 months and go from month to month after that. Would be possible to have a longer commitment if it's a good fit. We are very close to Columbia University, a few min walk to B/C train, bus and citibikes are right outside our door.

I'm easygoing, warm, considerate, creative, my son grew up in the apartment. I'm used to having roommates. Looking for a friendly and considerate roommate. Happy to socialize or give you space as needed. Things are peaceful here, but not boring, friends are welcome! I have a small dog who is super cute and quiet.
