Offering a large bedroom in the UWS. Current contract is till June 12th. Monthly rent is 2100, but the last month is free, so actual rent at the end will be 1700 x month. You won’t be paying the last month. Possibility to extend. The apartment is clean and renovated, five minutes from riverside and ten from Central Park. We have washing machine and dryer in the apartment and dishwasher. Water included in monthly rent, electricity and internet are separated and usually comes at 70 x month.

We are looking for a respectful and clean person, female to move in into the apartment. You will be sharing with another girl (30 y/o). She is easy to get along with, clean and respectful.
