The monthly rent includes cleaning, expenses of cleaning supplies such as paper towels, toilet papers, cleaning clothes etc.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two great roommates:

One is in his 20s, working toward becoming a chef at a Michelin-star restaurant.

The other is 29, a doctor doing his residency/rotation.
Both are quiet, clean, and respectful.
