I’m subletting my large 1-bedroom apartment (~800 sqft with two big walk-in closets) on the Upper West Side, in a luxury building that sits right between Central Park and Riverside Park (closer to Riverside). It’s a super peaceful area but still close to everything.

I’ll be traveling for work for about 5–6 months, so looking for someone responsible to enjoy the place while I’m gone. I’ll occasionally crash at my girlfriend’s when I’m in town, but the apartment will be yours during the sublet period.
