I'm seeking a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment in Upper West Side (Columbus Avenue in the 70's). Apartment is sunny, high-ceiling, with air conditioner, soundproof window, exposed brick wall, close to trains (1,2,3, B, C - 72nd St.) and one block from Central Park. This is a prime UWS gem!

This is an excellent location and a good fit for a quiet person (no pets, no drugs, no parties). Kitchen comes with all you need to cook plus dishwasher, full size refrigerator and stove. Laundromat and supermarket available right next to the building.

Rent: $1,700, own room, shared kitchen and bath. Utilities (electric and gas) and WiFi included.
