This is a room rental, not a roommate situation; this is my apartment with my dog (a Husky). She gets all my love and attention and usually prefers to stay by my side as she is a bit fearful of new people.. She sleeps through the night peacefully.

Wi-Fi/ Internet Included. Renter will pay half of monthly gas/electricity during the summer months of June, July and August.

Full Dining Room and Kitchen Access.

Air-conditioned Pay Laundry in basement. Reasonably priced Pick-up and Delivery laundry business also available on block.

West 96th #1 train station right up the block along with m104 bus stop. Riverside park 1 block down with #5 bus

Location is a safe and lively residential neighborhood that offers several good restaurants and grocery stores (e. g. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Starbucks), and a variety of shops, Gyms etc.

Adjacent to Riverside Park and the River, as well as a hop, skip and jump to Central Park.
