Spacious Bedroom in UWS by Columbia U

My apartment is 5 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. It is the biggest room in the apartment. (8’ x 13’5’’)

It looks exactly like the photos, except for a few differences. There is an AC unit, and the desk is actually bigger than the one in the photos, and there is an office chair instead of the chair in the photos.

Rents include all utilities. (Also toiletries, paper towels, toilet papers, dish soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies and so on.)

Cleaning person comes once a week. (included in the price)

The building is right below Columbia U between Central Park and Riverside Park. Location is great, right by 1 train. (red line)

Rooms and common areas are fully furnished. Room has a queen bed. It has an AC unit. You will find everything you need in your room, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. I will also provide three full sets of towels and three full sets of sheets.

There is a washer/dryer in the apartment.

Currently, there are two young professionals and one Manhattan School of Music grad student in the apartment.
