Furnished Bedroom w/ Private Bath on UWS

We have 1 bedroom currently available in our apartment. Please read below for details.

We are looking for a third roommate to fill our apartment, starting from December 21st.

The large room is furnished with a full bed and some furniture, but this can be taken out if you have your own things.

About the apartment:
The neighborhood is awesome, with a ton of great restaurants, bars, and stores nearby (Trader Joe's, Fairway, Target, Shake Shack, 24-hour Duane Reade, etc). Close to the B/C trains on CPW, and the 1/2/3 on Broadway, as well as the M72 crosstown bus. Half a block to Central Park, which is extremely convenient. The apartment is an extremely spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex on a quiet, tree-lined street. It's on the top floor of a walk-up, so it's very quiet and has great views. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, and the common spaces are shared. The bottom floor consists of the living room, which has an exposed brick wall, high ceilings, a working fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Common areas (living room and kitchen) are currently furnished. We have a great relationship with our neighbors, and a good relationship with the management company.

About us:
We work in the city, with varying hours, but tend to be at home at night during the week. We are respectful roommates, and usually hang out in our rooms, or occasionally in the living room, watching TV and chatting. During the weekends, we usually out with friends or go see family.

About you:
You are a gal in your 20s-40s, who is respectful and clean, and responsible and reliable. We are looking for someone who has regular work hours (i. e, no freelancers or self-employed workers).
