Hello, a large bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom in my apartment will be available starting November 15. I’m subleasing my room as I’ll be moving in with my girlfriend.

It has 3 BR 2 Bathroom. Current roommates are a professional male in his early 20s who works as a chef for a restaurant that has a Michelin star and the other is 29, a doctor doing his residency/rotation. Both are quiet, clean, easygoing and respectful. We keep apartment clean all the time.

Room and the apartment is fully furnished. It features full size bed, drawer with hanger and a study desk. Guests can also use common area and all the amenities in the apartment. Some of my amenities include:

Washing machine in unit
Dishwasher
Air-fryer
Coffee Makers (Nespresso Machine, Filter Coffee Machine, French Press, Mokapot)
Teapot

Apartment is located on a prime location with a close proximity to major train lines. 7 min walk to 1 - B - C trains 110 St Stations. Also 7 min to Central Park and Riverside Park. You can find everything you need within 5 min perimeter of the building e. g., numerous restaurants, dining options, cafes, bars, fitness, tailor etc. It's just couple blocks away from Columbia University.

The monthly rent includes cleaning, expenses of cleaning supplies such as paper towels, toilet papers, cleaning clothes etc. It also includes cleaning of bedsheets and towels as requested. Please note that it does not include bills (Electricity, gas and internet).

About me:
I am a 34-yr old professional, NYU alumni, working as IT Project Manager at an insurance company. I am moving in with my gf that's why subleasing/renting this room.
