One of the rooms in my apartment is going to be available as of Nov 1. It's sunny private bedroom for one person in an apartment with 3 beds and 2 baths.

This is a perfect room for students or professionals. It's a quiet room looking at east side and away from noise of the city. It has a study/work desk. Only minutes away from the 1, B and C trains.

You can reach to Central Park and Riverside Parks after a short walk.

Some of the utilities include: Laundry in unit, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, High speed internet.

About roommates:

One of them is a doctor in his early 30s. Clean, quiet person. He likes sports, reading, hiking, traveling!

About the other roommate: He's 50, working professional. Project manager in construction industry.

They’re both quiet and easygoing people. Social Media or LinkedIn accounts can be shared upon request.
