A furnished room with private bath is available in a 3-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side, close to Columbia University and 2 blocks from the 110th street subway stop on the #1 line. Restaurants, cafes, bars, salons are 1-2 minute walk.

- The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, desk, ergonomic office chair, 3-drawer dresser and a large closet with storage on top for your suitcases.
- Room has a full size ensuite bathroom (with tub).
- 1 block from Riverside park, 5 min walk to Central Park!
- 2 bathrooms.
- 5 min to 1 train, 9 min to B train, 22 min to midtown Manhattan.
- Utilities are $50-$55 per month. in the winter and $65/70 in the summer due to AC use.

We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible with good energy. Move in date, July 1st

About me: (female, 30 years) work for an education nonprofit, I appreciate nature, hiking, and organize social networking events throughout NYC for expats. Love animals and as a result ended up adopting a cat (so there is also a fur-roomie).

The other roomie (is a Finnish female, 30 years) who works in Marketing for a Finnish company. We are both lead busy lives but are social and easy going.

Amenities: Furnished Kitchen, Wi-Fi-Paid separately (High-Speed), Dine in kitchen, Hardwood Flooring, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer. Also we are conveniently located: several local parks, restaurants and bars are just minutes away.
