Furnished room“ All Utilities Included” in UWS

Hi Guys,

We're looking for the new roommate to fit in our apartment in Upper west side. One of our roommates who has been with us for two years. She has to relocated to othe location for work. Here's the room information..

- The Apartment has 4 furnished bedrooms, one bathroom and kitchen. As we have different schedule, never had traffic for bathroom.

- The bedroom with big window

- The room is furnished with mattress or twin size bed (optional), shelf, Dressers, study table set, Fan and Air condition.

- Rent is $1,350 per month. All Utilities Included ( Heat, Hot water, Gas, Electricity, Basic cable and Time Warner wireless internet)

- First month rent ($1350) and Security deposit ($1350)required to move in

- Room available March 15, 2026. ( moving date can be flexible)

The place is in a great, very safe area 106th on Amsterdam ave, Upper west side. Near the subway and bus stop, shops, lots of grocery stores around, laundromat, parks, etc. Everything are all within a few minutes walk.

Transportation :

- Take subway #1 train and C/B train to 103rd station. Walking 3-5 mins from the apartment to subway - Less than 20mins trip to Midtown

- Take the M7 , M11 bus to upper west side and get off at 106th st on Amsterdam ave

We are mix nationalities roommates , mid 20s student and profs. Everyone has full schedule, really respect other belonging's and speaks English in the house :)

We're looking for someone who responsible, mature, easy going, respectful of other people's belongings and sleeping/studying needs, non-indoor smoker. NO drug used, can reliably pay rent on time, keep common area clean and Do Very light cooking in the apartment.
