Roommate wanted UWS apartment- great location!

My gf and I are looking for someone to take the spare room in our apartment. It’s a lovely 2br in UWS near the 79th Street and 81st street stations, as well as Central and Riverside Parks. It’s an insanely fun neighborhood that’s also not too wild so really ideal for young professionals/ people out of school. The room that’s available is 9x9 ft, right next to the bathroom and kitchen and includes a wardrobe for clothes storage as well as a heating pipe and radiator for winter. All utilities will be covered by the $1600/month for the room. We’re open to shorter term deals but would prefer at least six month stays. We are both laid back friendly people but we aren’t nosy and will respect your space. We will be taking care of all cleaning of common spaces and any maintenance concerns with the apartment as well that need to go through the superintendent.
