My roommate is moving out with her boyfriend and I would like to keep the apartment since it's very well taken care of and it is in a great location. It is a full service , super clean 24/h doorman building with laundry in the basement, bike room and small rooftop. It is very convenient 1,2,3 trains 2 blocks away from 96th st station.
The apartment is a converted 2 bedroom, one bedroom faces north and the other south each with a door but there's no living room.
The apartment is cozy and I maintained it very neat and clean so my roommate match should be the same. Someone who is extremely clean and thoughtful and enjoys seeing everything pristine.
I am an extremely busy professional working in finance and studying a very demanding certification at the same time, so I don't spend much time at the apt at all, so you'll have quiet time for yourself. When I get home I like to find a quiet and calm environment where I can rest and recharge.
