June 1st move in, 11 month lease (at that point I'll be moving out and you can re-up with someone else if you'd like). Someone quiet, clean and doesn't bring the party home with them. Non-smokers and no pets only. There is no laundry/washer/dryer in the unit but there is laundry down the block. This is the top floor in an elevator building (no doorman).
The apartment itself is pretty spacious. My current roommate and I keep it pretty clean. Your room is the smaller of the two but can easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, and more (it's the one pictured). Also has a closet. The apartment is furnished but your room is not.
Male roommates only please and no couples. Looking for someone who is respectful of the place, social, but also does their own thing.
